We would love to meet informally at our office or over coffee to discuss your priorities in finding your new home. We will do an extensive search through the multi-list system to find what you are looking for. We’ll contact you as new properties come on the market so you do not miss seeing something that may fit your needs. We’re very hands-on through the process of selecting homes to view, negotiating an offer, inspections, closing and everything in between. It’s important to have your own Buyer’s Representation. Please ask us to explain how that can benefit you! We are happy to meet all your Oklahoma City Real Estate needs.
As a Seller, what you can expect from us
Our knowledge of the Oklahoma City market helps us to analyze the current market value of your home and suggest a price range for your consideration. Our goal is to maximize your home value with the shortest amount of time on the market (in the past year, we have averaged 45 days on the market.) We have a great record for our clients! Our marketing process includes: many websites with full pictorials of your home, direct contact with other Realtors who sell in your area, a full color property brochure, and more. Post contract, we will be available to work with your Buyer’s Realtor during inspection, and appraisal of your home before closing. There are many potential issues that our experience will help you navigate during this process.
